Delivery & Shipping
Sachi is committed to the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Sachi Boutique is currently only shipping online orders within Australia.
Orders are processed within 1 business day from the time you submit your order. We will advise if delivery of your parcel will be delayed for any reason.
We use Australia Post Express Post Service to deliver your order and the standard delivery timeframe is 2-5 business days, as we are located in Ulladulla on the NSW south coast. Please ensure you provide your daytime delivery address.
Delivery timeframes quoted by Sachi Boutique are a best estimate only based on information given to us by Australia Post. Sachi Boutique will not be liable for any loss or damage experienced by you through any delay in delivery.
For orders over $150 we will Express Post your purchases free of charge.
If your order is under $150 we will Express Post your order for a flat fee of $14.
If you have ordered an item that is out of stock or no longer available from our supplier we will contact you within two working days to arrange an alternative item, a back order, or a full refund.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website where you can follow it's journey to you.
For safety reasons, we recommend you have your order sent to a business address. If your parcel is being delivered to your home address then please ensure that someone is available to receive the package.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If you are experiencing a lost or damaged parcel then please let us know. Australia Post will be notified and an order investigation will be logged.
If your parcel has been lost due to an incorrect address submitted online or via email, Sachi Boutique is not liable and will not refund or supply a replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery address is correct.
Please note this returns policy applies only to items purchased online, not in-store.
Our Online Returns Policy covers change of mind, incorrect item or size purchased, incorrect item or size delivered and any faulty* items - although rest assured all items are checked to ensure they meet our high quality standards before they are shipped.
For items purchased online, we are happy to accept your return for exchange or refund within 7 days for full-priced items. Sorry but we do not accept returns for sale items or jewellery.
For full priced items, your Return Policy period starts from when you receive your delivery as per the parcel tracking number with Australia Post.
Please note, for all returns:
- You must notify us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the reason why the item(s) are being returned, the order number of your purchase and the tracking number of the parcel you are returning.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unaltered, no pins/tape attached, unused/unworn and unwashed, with all tags, labels and hanging ties still attached. Garments that have been soiled with anything including make-up, deodorant marks, cigarette smoke or body odour will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
If you wish to make an exchange, both return and re sending shipping charges will be incurred by you, the customer. You will be contacted by Sachi Boutique to pay additional shipping costs and items will not be sent until freight charges have been paid. In the case of exchange it is suggested that you include a prepaid satchel with your return which we will use to deliver your exchanged item(s).
We will try our best to exchange the garment as requested, however if the garment is out of stock, we will refund you the garment cost instead. Unfortunately freight is non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed (less original freight charges paid), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
We recommend sending the returned garment via Registered Post or Courier where a signature on delivery and a tracking number is included, to ensure safe and documented delivery. This is also proof that items have been sent back within the 7 day return time frame and minimises that parcel getting lost in transit. We are not responsible for return items that do not reach us. Please retain proof of postage receipt to track your items.
All Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days of Sachi Boutique receiving the returned item(s).
*Faulty Garments and Wear & Tear
Pulled threads are not the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please take care with jewellery, handbags, car seatbelts, and rough surfaces, all of which can rub and snag the fabric. Garments with pilling are not deemed as faulty. Always check the care label sewn into the garment for how to care for your garment.
Any items that are received by the customer in a damaged condition or with manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced by Sachi Boutique. If an item is considered damaged or faulty, we will contact the supplier and it will be at their discretion to approve this return. They will notify us whether the item will be repaired or replaced. If a repair or replacement is not available a full refund will be provided. All shipping costs for items deemed faulty will also be refunded.
